Terms and Definitions
Terms and Conditions – refers to all the rules and conditions contained in this document, as well as additional conditions that apply to the relationship between the client and the company, including website functionality and services.
Website – refers to Techmix.ge and its related social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), through which products and services are provided.
User / Client – an individual or legal entity who fulfills the requirements set forth in these rules and uses the platform to purchase products.
Company – Techmix.ge, registered in accordance with the legislation of Georgia (Identification Code: 01005029455).
Operation – any action related to a user's order, account, or service.
Agreement – the contract concluded between the user and the company based on this document and its annexes.
User Declarations
By agreeing to these Terms, the user confirms that they:
- Are an adult individual or a registered legal entity;
- Have the right and ability to conclude and perform this agreement personally or through an authorized person;
- Act of their own free will and are not under pressure, deception, or any unlawful influence;
- Have read the terms and acknowledge their legal force;
- Provide only accurate information;
- Do not participate in illegal activities;
- Will not use the website for unlawful purposes or to mislead third parties;
- Understand and accept responsibility for the security of their codes and personal data;
- Agree to provide the company with the necessary information regarding orders or communication.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made only via cashless transactions.
Transactions are carried out by Individual Entrepreneur “I.V”.
The user can use VISA, MasterCard, or American Express cards, or transfer funds to the company's bank account.
Bank installment payments are also available through Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank.
Responsibility for technical issues related to payment processing is handled by the company’s service team.
Delivery Policy
Product delivery is carried out through the “Easyway” courier service.
Orders are delivered to the address specified during order confirmation.
The product may be received only by the buyer, who must present a valid identification document.
Delivery is completed based on the name, surname, and contact number provided at the time of placing the order.
The customer must inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation document. After signing, claims will no longer be accepted.
Delivery in Tbilisi takes 1–2 business days, while delivery to other regions of Georgia takes 2–5 business days, depending on the type of product.
If an incorrect address is provided or the customer cannot be contacted, the product will be returned to the company warehouse and reshipping will not be carried out.
Delivery is free within Tbilisi. Delivery to regions is paid.
Returns and Exchanges
Products may be returned or exchanged only if a manufacturing defect is discovered.
In such cases, the customer must provide proof of payment (receipt or bank statement) and submit a request within no more than 24 hours (one day) after purchase.
The issue must be reported via phone call, Techmix’s official email, or through Techmix’s official social media channels (Instagram or Facebook).
Apart from the above case, product exchange is possible within 2–3 calendar days after purchase.
In this case, all transportation costs related to returning the product and delivering a replacement product are fully borne by the customer.
For exchange, it is mandatory to present proof of payment (receipt or bank statement).
The product will be exchanged only if it retains its commercial appearance, is not damaged, has not been used, and is presented in its original packaging.
Product Warranty
The warranty period varies depending on the product.
Every product listed on the website includes its warranty period in the product description.
Some products cannot be directly replaced with a new item and are subject only to repair. This mainly applies to larger technical devices.
Please carefully review the warranty period indicated in the product description. Otherwise, customer claims will not be accepted.
